The warmest of welcomes awaits you at our award winning Georgian farmhouse and converted luxury barn. Our 180-acre farm, where we keep pedigree Holsteins,a small fold of Highland cattle and beef animals, is situated in central Cornwall, making us an ideal touring base. A peaceful location with magnificent views and only 2 miles from the A30.

Close by you will find the magnificent Lanhydrock House and Gardens and the exciting Eden Project, with Heligan Gardens a further 15 minutes drive away. Many lovely country walks can be enjoyed from our doorstep.

Our charming farmhouse with oak beams and wood panelling has three well appointed en suite bedrooms, one being on the ground floor. This room also boasts a 6ft super king bed. The elegant sitting and dining rooms are yours to relax in, as is the conservatory, which enjoys outstanding views.

The luxury barn offers two spacious en suite bedrooms. They are full of character, with 6ft super king-size beds and bath and shower en suite. These beautifully furnished rooms have exposed beams and original fireplaces.

A touch of luxury for that special break! Enjoy delicious farmhouse breakfasts cooked on the Aga, using local produce as much as possible. Within a few miles we have several Cornish pubs and restaurants serving excellent food. Come as guests, leave as friends.
