Tregevis Farm

This lovely old farmhouse is situated in the heart of the countryside, on a working dairy farm, just two miles from the beautiful Helford River and five miles from Kennack Sands. There are two villages within walking distance – the village of St Martin, which has a grocery shop/Post Office, and the village of Newtown, which has a petrol station/grocery shop and also a popular pub. Helston, which is famous for the Flora Dance (8th May) is only six miles away. It is an ideal location for walking, fishing, riding, golf, water sports, arts & crafts, theme parks, wildlife centres, gardens and much more. Visitors are welcome to wander over the 250 acres of farmland and watch the Holstein Friesian cows being milked. The accommodation is a completely separate part of the farmhouse that is spacious and well equipped to a high standard. It has three bedrooms (one double bed, one with bunk beds and one with a double and single bed) a bathroom, lounge with colour TV and video recorder, kitchen/diner with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, automatic washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave and a table tennis room. In front of the house there is a large lawn with swings & picnic table.
